The restaurant for a warm meal, the bar for an aperitif with Valais notes, the yurt for after-ski at sunset. Our team welcomes you with the simplicity of a chalet and the standards of true product-led cooking.

The restaurant

At the heart of the chalet, our dining room welcomes guests and visitors for hearty meals. Valais specialities (fondues, croûte au fromage — a hot cheese toast, local meats), pinsa served until 5:30pm, and our homemade desserts. Warm wood panelling, soft lighting, the spirit of a family meal in the mountains.

The bar

Our bar is open every day from 4pm to 11pm. 22 Swiss wines from Valais and Vaud (Cave Luisier, Domaine de la Combaz, Cave 5ème saison), local beers, pear and apricot eaux-de-vie (clear fruit spirits), and our bartender’s signature cocktails. The perfect ritual before dinner or as an after-ski.

AFTER-SKI AT ALTITUDE

The yurt & the snow bar

An authentic yurt pitched at the foot of the slopes, and our snow bar that lights up as the day ends. This is where the skiing day finishes in style: vin chaud (mulled wine), spiced hot chocolate, Irish coffee, sheepskins on the benches, fairy lights and a panoramic view of the Dents du Midi at sunset. A bubble of atmosphere, as if suspended in the snow.
