Your questions before you go skiing
Is it really ski-in, ski-out?
Yes. The first lift is 50 metres from the chalet: you click in at the front door. Skiing back home depends on snow conditions.
Are lift passes included?
Portes du Soleil lift passes are booked with your stay at the official rates by age group: they are waiting for you when you arrive.
We are beginners or coming with children: how does it work?
We book group or private lessons for you with our partner ski school. Easy slopes start at Les Crosets, right in front of the chalet.
Where can we rent equipment?
From our rental partner in Les Crosets. Tick “Ski rental” in the quote request and we will have everything ready when you arrive.
How do we get there in winter?
By road via Monthey and Val-d’Illiez, with parking at the chalet; winter equipment recommended. By plane: transfer from Geneva airport on request.
