Reservations, payments, cancellations and practical information.

Reservations

Any reservation becomes effective upon confirmation by Chalet Montriond and, depending on the selected rate, after payment, prepayment or the payment of a deposit.

Payment

Certain offers may require prepayment or be subject to specific conditions. Non-refundable rates are clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked. Non-refundable offers cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances or in cases of force majeure accepted by the establishment.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for mountain stays and winter reservations.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM

Liability

The establishment declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

Activities and Weather Conditions

Certain activities, external services or access to ski lifts may depend on weather conditions, safety requirements or operational constraints.

Modification of Terms

Chalet Montriond reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
