<h2>Reservations</h2>

Any reservation becomes effective upon confirmation by Chalet Montriond and,
depending on the selected rate, after payment, prepayment or the payment of a deposit.

<h2>Payment</h2>
<p>
Certain offers may require prepayment or be subject to specific conditions.
Non-refundable rates are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
</p>

<h2>Cancellation</h2>
<p>
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked. Non-refundable offers cannot
be refunded except in exceptional circumstances or in cases of force majeure
accepted by the establishment.
</p>

<p>
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for mountain stays
and winter reservations.
</p>

<h2>Arrival and Departure</h2>

Check-in: from 4:00 PM<br>
Check-out: before 10:00 AM

<h2>Liability</h2>
<p>
The establishment declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage
of guests’ personal belongings.
</p>

<h2>Activities and Weather Conditions</h2>
<p>
Certain activities, external services or access to ski lifts may depend on
weather conditions, safety requirements or operational constraints.
</p>

<h2>Modification of Terms</h2>
<p>
Chalet Montriond reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
