From Switzerland 🇨🇭
- Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Martigny via the A9
- Exit 18 Saint-Triphon — Les Portes du Soleil
- Head towards the Collombey tunnel
- In Val-d’Illiez village, at the roundabout follow Les Crosets
- In Les Crosets, take the tunnel all the way through
- The chalet is right at the tunnel exit
From France 🇫🇷
- Thonon-les-Bains, Évian, Annemasse via the D22
- Cross the Pas de Morgins — Swiss/French border
- Take the forest road towards Champéry
- Turn left onto Route des Bains before Val-d’Illiez
- In Val-d’Illiez village, follow Les Crosets
- In Les Crosets, take the tunnel all the way through

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the chalet, out of respect for guests with allergies and for food hygiene reasons related to our restaurant.
On request, we can point you to pet-friendly accommodation nearby.
Is there an EV charging station?
Several public charging stations are available in Les Crosets and Champéry, a few minutes from the chalet. You can find them via the Chargemap or A Better Routeplanner apps.
On request, we can also offer slow charging from a standard socket — ideal overnight.
Can I rent ski or mountain bike gear on site?
Yes — several partner rental shops are located just metres from the chalet in Les Crosets, open in season. You can rent skis, snowboards, snowshoes, classic or electric mountain bikes.
We can book on your behalf and get you preferential rates. Just let us know when you make your reservation.
Do you offer airport or train station transfers?
Yes — on request, we arrange a shuttle taxi from:
• Geneva Airport (1h30 drive)
• Aigle station (50 min)
• Val-d’Illiez station (15 min)
Rates and time slots available on request. Please book at least 72 hours before your arrival to secure the service.
Do I need snow tyres or chains in winter?
Yes — in Switzerland, winter tyres are required from November to the end of March on mountain roads. The Les Crosets tunnel is cleared regularly.
During heavy snowfall, chains may be required at times. Check with TCS Switzerland or Bison Futé France before you leave. If in doubt, contact us.
Is Wi-Fi free throughout the hotel?
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is free and available in every room, the bar area, the restaurant, the games room and the seminar room.
For seminar groups, a dedicated network with priority bandwidth can be set up on request.
What languages does your team speak?
Our team is fluent in French, English and German. Some Italian and Spanish basics are also available depending on the season.
The website and all our communications are available in the 3 main languages.
Do you accept card and cash payments?
