THE SPIRIT OF THE RETREAT
Three days for yourself, at altitude
A mat, a mountain, your breath. And all around, the silence of the Dents du Midi.
WHY LES CROSETS
The setting that changes everything
Facing the Dents du Midi
The silence of an alpine cirque. Practising facing a 3,257 m peak is a different kind of verticality.
Five sessions, all levels
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin. Designed by Domitille for genuine progress. No dogma, no performance.
Sauna & fine dining
Recovery after practice, Valais regional cuisine, a room with a south-facing balcony.
Domitille
Yoga teacher · Hatha & Vinyasa
A practitioner for over fifteen years, Domitille trained in Hatha and Vinyasa between France, India and Switzerland. Her teaching blends precise alignment with a fine attention to the breath.
She especially loves teaching in the mountains, where the practice connects naturally to the landscape. Her classes are open to all levels: everyone finds their place, with no dogma and no pressure to perform.
THE PROGRAMME · THREE DAYS
From Friday evening to Sunday midday
Five yoga sessions built by Domitille around a real progression: ground, energise, connect with nature, soothe, move on.
Arrival & grounding
Hatha & Yin yoga
Grounding postures to settle in after the journey. Calming breathwork, a meditation on release and gratitude to open the retreat gently.
A full day in the mountains
Dynamic Vinyasa
Start the day in motion. A fluid flow synced to the breath, energising pranayama to wake the body.
Hatha / Vinyasa outdoors
Practice in nature, facing the Dents du Midi. Mindfulness meditation in the silence of the alpine pasture.
Restorative yoga & gentle Yin
Long, held postures supported by props. Calming breathwork to fully let go.
Energy & closing
Dynamic yoga, intention
A full, committed practice to carry the retreat’s energy with you. Pranayama, intention, then a return to calm and a closing meditation.
