  • Smarter use of the Eco / Trail / Turbo assistance.
  • More fun, less tension — and confidence for your next rides.

TRAINING GROUND

Routes chosen to build confidence

No jumps, no extreme descents: just flowing trails, outstanding panoramas and photo stops at the prettiest spots. Genuine recreational riding, just the way we like it.

↳ Areas explored: Les Crosets alpine pastures, Champéry trails, Champoussin balconies and Avoriaz plateau.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you want to know

Your most common questions. Can't find your answer? Contact us, we reply within 48 hours.

Do I need to be in good physical condition?

Recreational fitness is plenty. Electric MTBs considerably reduce the effort on climbs — that’s the whole point.

If you walk regularly, cycle a bit or do any moderate endurance activity, you’ll be perfectly comfortable across the two days. We always tailor the routes to the group.

I don’t have an electric MTB, is that a problem?

Not at all. We work with trusted local rental partners offering recent, well-maintained electric MTBs (Specialized, Trek, Lapierre).

Just mention it in your request: we’ll suggest a rental matched to your size and level, at a preferential rate. Expect around CHF 70-90/day rental.

How much does a weekend cost?

Sessions are organised on demand for small groups (4-6 people), which lets us tailor the format and therefore the price.

Indicatively, expect from CHF 490 per person in shared room (see the 3 options) for the all-inclusive weekend (accommodation, meals, instruction, Illiez Card, sauna). MTB rental not included.

For a precise quote based on your profile, use the form below or contact us directly.

What is the minimum age to participate?

From age 14 for the technical workshops (with parental consent and an accompanying adult).

For younger children, we offer tailored family rides with our instructor. Contact us to discuss your request.

When can a session be organised?

Sessions run from mid-May to mid-October, when the alpine trails are rideable (outside snow-melt and the first autumn snows).

Weekends are preferred but we also run weekday sessions on demand (Tuesday-Wednesday for example), perfect for retiree groups or corporate events.

Minimum lead time: 3 weeks before the session to organise logistics.

What if the weather is bad?

Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Here’s how we handle it:

Light rain: the session goes ahead (with a windbreaker and good clothing, it’s perfectly fine)
Forecast thunderstorms: we adjust the schedule to use the weather windows
Storm / dangerous conditions: we reschedule at no cost

The decision is made 48 hours before the session based on MeteoSwiss forecasts.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the session
From 14 to 7 days before: 50% of the total amount
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%

If we cancel (extreme weather, instructor illness), full refund or rescheduling at the client’s choice.

We recommend taking out personal cancellation insurance.

Is the instructor qualified?

Yes — all sessions are led by a state-qualified or Swiss Cycling certified instructor, specialised in MTB and electric MTB.

Our partnership with the Swiss MTB School guarantees quality instruction, in compliance with Swiss and French safety standards.
