We welcome groups from 8 people up to 100 people, depending on the desired setup. The chalet has 38 rooms for 50 beds. For larger groups, we work with local partners to supplement accommodation — the chalet remains your rallying point (meals, activities, evenings).
Not at all. We tailor activities to your group’s profile: families with children, seniors, seasoned athletes or complete beginners. Our guides and instructors are used to managing mixed levels within a single group. No one is left behind.
Professional supervision (ski instructor, mountain guide, MTB leader…) is offered as an option depending on the activity. For most thrill activities (canyoning, via ferrata), supervision is mandatory and included in the price. For freer activities (hiking, on-piste skiing), it’s optional.
We always plan a Plan B. The region offers many indoor alternatives: Aquariaz, Bex salt mines, Aquatis Lausanne, climbing at the Palladium, climbing wall, Lavey baths… Our coordinator suggests the best options based on timing and group profile. No activity falls through.
Our 38 rooms come in several formats: double, triple, quadruple rooms, and our Tribe Space (4 connecting rooms for 13 people). All rooms have a south-facing balcony and a private bathroom. For clubs or youth groups, we also offer triple/quadruple occupancy rooms at preferential rates.
Yes, we have a modular meeting room that can host up to 30 people theatre-style, or 20 in a U-shape. Equipment included: high-speed wifi, projector, screen, flipchart, water and break snacks. Informal workspaces are also available in the chalet.
Of course. We handle without extra charge vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, kosher diets, as well as all food allergies. Simply send us the list of restrictions at booking confirmation — our kitchen adapts the menus accordingly.
For companies and associations, we issue a single invoice in the company name, with detailed Swiss VAT. 30% deposit at confirmation, balance 7 days before arrival. Payment by bank transfer or credit card. Accounting documents provided (quote, pro forma invoice, final invoice).
